The double entry doors below are 8' tall and are made from quarter sawn white oak. The center sections will have hand planned raised panels, and the door will have a hand hewn look with a rustic medium brown aged finish.

The arched top rustic fir entry gates below are ready for shipping. The gates are 82" high to the top of the arch, and 2" thick with hand planned raised panels. The gates are aged and sealed with Deft Exterior Oil, I used West epoxy to seal the exposed end grain on the top of the arch to eliminate any water penetration. The joinery used is the same as my entry doors: mortise and tenon construction with waterproof resorcinol glue. The hardware is by Rocky Mountain Hardware.

The 3' x 8' rustic fir door below has been aged, then finished with Deftoil, a clear exterior oil finish. The custom made wrought iron hinges and latch on the speakeasy door match the Rocky Mountain entry handle.

These ancient pair of mesquite doors are made into a single 44"x 85" x 3 3/4" thick single entry door. Many of these old mesquite doors are available through out the Southwest, but they are too worn out to be used without some help. The doors shown are attached to a very strong custom plank door that has a recess the heavy mesquite doors set into. The new door is now structurally stable and weather tight. The tan border around the mesquite doors will be stained to match the aged mesquite.

The door below is the inside view of the mesquite door shown above. The planks fit into a mortise and tenon frame, which support the old mesquite doors. Each horizontal rail will get 5 decorative clavos after the door is finished. The thickness of this unique entry door is 3 3/4".

The antique French doors shown below had to be modified to swing into a room. A wide shelf below the glass supports three decorative columns. I made a 2 1/2" thick frame around each door, allowing the doors to open completely. The unpainted frame will be painted and antiqued to match the existing aged finish.

A 42" wide x 98" high arched top rustic door with carving. The grill is wrought iron and the door has 40 bronze rivets. The door made from kiln dried Douglas fir, which is used rough from the mill leaving in the band saw and drying marks. The door is a full 2" thick; I work with the variations in thickness of the rough wood to make a truly rustic door that looks wonderful in adobe, Southwestern, and Mediterranean style homes. The door below is unfinished, the home owner will stain and finish the door
