Mesquite Table
This
elegantly simple table has a book matched top made from just two planks
of mesquite. The table is 7'-6" long x 4' wide, and the top is 3"
thick. The design includes hidden fasteners so the table can be disassembled
for moving, completely assembled the table weighs 500 lbs.
The before and after photos below show the two rough mesquite planks as the project was started and the finished top.
